About The Position

The Richardson Site Operations Leader is responsible for total operational and financial performance of Richardson Operations. The role supports business of $333M in sales and designs strategy in developing, implementing ,and executing operations structure, PMT relationships, KPIs, and CORE. The site is a main location for Strategic Defense Solutions programs. Customers include Boeing, Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), U.S. Air Force, Northrop Grumman, and Lockheed Martin. Site responsibilities include BRCM, Site comms and engagement events.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years of experience
