About The Position

Under the direct supervision of a Rural Health Care (RHC) Clinic Director, the Clinic Coordinator will manage the effectiveness and efficiency of clinic operations for the RHC clinic. The Clinic Coordinator works with the Clinic Director to plan, organize, and direct the clinic staff and providers with a focus on achieving established goals, objectives, metrics, and patient experience.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of clinic operations with at least three years of experience working in the outpatient clinic setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or healthcare administration or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education preferred
  • Effective knowledge of computer systems and software, including word processing, spreadsheet, database, clinical information systems, electronic medical records, EPIC experience preferred, billing systems, and other application packages to perform all required responsibilities.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • The ability to interact with staff, providers, and leadership successfully and positively is critical.

Nice To Haves

  • RHC Certification preferred.
