We are looking for a full time Clinic Coordinator for our Coalition clinic in Fairbanks, AK. The working schedule is Monday to Friday (8 hour days). • Patient-Centric Excellence: Support our primary care clinic in Fairbanks and plays a crucial role in providing information about services and able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, ensuring a safe patient care environment and promoting excellence in customer service. Maintain professional conduct, practice cost containment, and demonstrate a strong work ethic to align with organizational goals. • Tech-Savvy Administrative Proficiency: Possess intermediate computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe, with the ability to adeptly utilize standard office equipment. The role requires efficient navigation of electronic systems for quality assurance of patient charts. • Clinical Support Expertise: Utilize your experience in occupational health and/or primary care to contribute to our passionate team. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience from a high-volume medical practice, demonstrating the ability to handle a variety of services, from managing phone lines and triaging calls to scheduling appointments and ensuring the check-in/out process runs smoothly.
