Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of corporate experience in proposal management, sales, sales support, marketing, or project management
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires
- Exceptional persuasive writing, editing, and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and tailor messaging for diverse audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Experience using RFP knowledgebase or proposal management software
- Practical experience leveraging artificial intelligence tools in the proposal process
- Strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and professional presence
- APMP certification
- Undergraduate degree required

- Experience in retirement planning and recordkeeping

- Master’s degree
