Manage the development of Rewards enhancements from ideation to launch, and act as a key point of contact for enhancements owned Work closely with internal and external business partners including Technology and Product teams in designing, building, implementing, and testing new strategies and enhancements Create well-defined business requirements/user stories and testing criteria Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high quality Monitor and report out status of the work in progress, as well as key performance indicators relative to expectations post-launch
