About The Position

Performs all or any combination of the following responsibilities of Stryker’s reverse logistics operations Unload daily shipments of incoming surgical sets and help with precautionary cleaning/decontamination Develop an understanding of all Stryker spinal product offerings through the repetition of receiving and processing incoming consignment inventory Performs initial visual quality checks on implants and instrumentation Clean any debris from instrumentation that was missed during original sterilization/decontamination process, ensuring all medical devices are surgery ready Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalency degree or equivalent
Must be detail-oriented
Possess good organizational skills
Goal oriented
Perform essential duties in accordance with FDA standards
Need to be a self-starter who likes to work independently, but also a team player
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to read and understand detailed work instructions and Good Manufacturing Processes
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable dealing and managing change
