About The Position

We’re seeking a Revenue Technology Manager to strengthen and scale the systems that power our go-to-market engine. This role owns the infrastructure behind our sales and marketing capabilities — including a robust portfolio of existing systems, ongoing data management/enrichment, and the implementation of new systems, reporting, and cross-functional automations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our revenue teams operate with clarity, consistency, and efficiency as we expand across markets and verticals. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for someone who understands how clean data, thoughtful tooling, and smart workflows translate directly into revenue outcomes. You’re a problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity, simplify complexity, and build durable, scalable systems. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Channel Management, Product/Engineering, and Analytics to create an integrated, reliable, insight-rich tech stack that accelerates growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, and/or Marketing Operations
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM and sales/marketing automation platforms, including configuration, workflows, reporting, permissions, and integrations
  • A structured approach to problem-solving and the ability to simplify complex systems
  • Proven ability to implement new capabilities—balancing speed, technical rigor, and long-term scalability
  • A track record of thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments — with a clear appetite for learning, growing, and continuously improving
  • A builder’s mindset: comfortable rolling up your sleeves, iterating quickly, and improving systems over time
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in high-growth, operationally-intensive businesses
  • Experience supporting field sales teams and/or multi-market GTM organizations
  • Familiarity with complex account hierarchies
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort building dashboards and tracking frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the revenue tech stack: Manage Salesforce, Clay, Outreach, Segment, and ZoomInfo and associated integrations to ensure the entire GTM system is stable, intuitive, and efficient.
  • Evaluate and implement new capabilities: Assess gaps (e.g., dialers, scheduling, marketing automation platforms), help vet new tools, manage vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement of our revenue technology ecosystem.
  • Build and optimize workflows: Configure automations, routing logic, data flows, and pipeline processes that reduce manual effort and strengthen operational consistency across the sales and marketing teams.
  • Translate business needs into system design: Collaborate across teams to turn operational requirements into structured workflows, clean data models, and reliable tooling.
  • Drive data governance and hygiene: Ensure accuracy across Accounts, Property/Unit/Legal Entity structures, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, and forecasting inputs so reporting and decisions are grounded in clean data.
  • Enable and empower teams: Onboard new systems, train users, maintain documentation, and ensure the revenue organization understands — and gets value from — the tools you build.
  • Support reporting infrastructure needs: Partner cross-functionally to ensure that our systems capture clean, structured, and reliable data — enabling accurate dashboards, forecasting inputs, and revenue-critical reporting.
