About The Position

As the Revenue Strategy and Operations Manager, you’ll help design and execute our growth strategy. This is a highly cross-functional role – you will serve as the primary connective tissue between the growth, product, and finance teams. You will work with these team leads to develop, operationalize, and track the performance of Alaffia’s growth strategy. You will work with team leads to identify new growth opportunities, evaluate and analyze our go-to-market strategies and performance, and develop scalable operational processes that fuel Alaffia’s mission and revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of total experience with
  • 1-3+ years in Business Operations Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy roles at a high growth B2B company
  • 1-3+ years in management consulting, investment banking, investing or another “high speed” environment where you developed strong business acumen, analytical abilities, high quality execution, and executive communication skills
  • Startup mindset on ownership and work product that strikes an effective balance between quality and sense of urgency.
  • Proven success in GTM planning, analytics, or comp design at a B2B SaaS and/or Services company
  • Deep understanding of SaaS and Services business metrics, subscription / usage-based models, and the customer lifecycle (acquisition, expansion, and retention)
  • Ability to manage complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Experience in strategic planning processes (OKRs) and running weekly/monthly business reviews with teams / leadership
  • Expert command of Google and Microsoft Suite (Sheets/Excel and Slides/PowerPoint) with deep financial / operational modelling experience in Sheets / Excel
  • HubSpot expertise - able to effectively manage a complex deployment with various customizations, integrations, and automations
  • Experience working closely with Sales teams, including training new hires and effectively speaking to key processes and data.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the strategic roadmap for B2B growth: defining target customer profiles, sales motions, and channel priorities in partnership with leadership synthesizing performance insights into clear strategic recommendations and ensuring dependencies are addressed to enable Alaffia to win.
  • Lead the design and execution of metrics and KPIs including covering pipeline health, conversion metrics, retention, expansion, and efficiency (CAC and payback) on a segment, rep, and customer basis
  • Run weekly pipeline, reporting and forecasting meetings to measure progress vs goals.
  • Partner with Finance to lead annual and quarterly planning for setting forecasts, headcount plans, commission structures, quotas, territories.
  • Perform day-to-day maintenance and administration of HubSpot, including maintaining custom objects, automations, user profiles, and other key functionality.
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce and work with key stakeholders to understand data needs.
  • Partner with Data & Finance teams to maintain important systems across our tech stack and ensure data integrity across multiple platform integrations (HubSpot, SalesNavigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, etc.)
  • Support our growing Sales team by answering help requests and identify areas for improvement that benefit the Sales team and Alaffia as a whole.
