The Revenue Site Operation Analyst collaborates with front office and billing colleagues at assigned site locations to enhance revenue cycle performance. This involves regularly reviewing metrics, conducting root cause analysis, and developing and implementing action plans. The analyst reviews denials related to eligibility, registration, authorizations, and coding, providing feedback to Practice Managers, Supervisors, and Leads. They also provide trended metrics to identify areas of strong performance and those requiring further development. The role includes overseeing and assisting with Registration Charge Review and Claim Edit work queues, and monitoring the Front Office Dashboard for significant variances. The analyst is expected to develop and conduct educational sessions, perform quarterly quality assessments of registration accuracy, and provide training to improve performance. Additionally, they recommend and assist in creating communications for practice colleagues and physicians regarding insurance policy, regulatory changes, and coding updates. The position requires visiting supporting locations, such as Columbus, Ohio, and ensuring all assigned sites and colleagues are supported across all revenue cycle areas.
