About The Position

We are hiring a Revenue Product Manager to lead one of the most impactful verticals within our product organization: developing the internal and platform capabilities that power revenue growth, operational efficiency, and scale at Cents. In this role, you'll own a portfolio of product initiatives focused on improving how our business operates - from optimizing workflows across Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to building systems that enhance activation, streamline billing, strengthen lifecycle insights, and unlock expansion opportunities. You'll collaborate with cross-functional leaders to understand how teams work, identify friction or inefficiencies, and translate those insights into intuitive tools and scalable product solutions. This role sits uniquely within the product organization as a strategic business partner to the GTM and Revenue teams, defining priorities with leadership stakeholders and seeing it all the way through execution.

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in SaaS; vertical SaaS experience is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling features that directly drive revenue, monetization, or commercial outcomes.
  • Strong product discovery skills - you know how to uncover real user problems and validate direction quickly.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work seamlessly with Design, Revenue Ops, Customer Success, and Engineering teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills; able to drive alignment across both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in a lean, fast-paced environment where PMs own the full lifecycle from discovery → delivery → iteration.
  • A passion for building intuitive, user-centric experiences that balance business goals with customer delight.
  • Strong analytical thinking; comfortable using data to guide decisions, experiments, and prioritization.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for internal, revenue-driving initiatives, focusing on building tools, processes, and platform enhancements that make Cents more efficient, more scalable, and more effective at driving ARR and ARPU.
  • Partner closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Leadership to understand operational gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities that hinder revenue growth or internal productivity.
  • Conduct targeted product discovery with internal teams to deeply understand internal workflows, system dependencies, pain points, and opportunities for automation or optimization.
  • Work with Design to create intuitive internal-facing interfaces, workflows, and tools that increase adoption, improve onboarding, accelerate revenue-driving activities and drive transparency across teams.
  • Translate internal business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories for our engineering team (a mix of in-house leads and full-time overseas developers).Collaborate daily with engineering to prioritize the highest-impact work, ensure feasibility, and drive timely delivery of internal tools and platform capabilities.
  • Build, refine, and optimize systems that enable teams to: 1. Improve customer lifecycle visibility 2. Increase activation, upsell, and expansion opportunities 3. Strengthen billing, pricing, and packaging workflows 4. Automate manual or fragmented internal processes
  • Measure the impact of your work by tracking improvements in team efficiency, time-to-insight, automation, and revenue metrics (ARR, ARPU, expansion, retention, etc.).Align cross-functional stakeholders by clearly communicating goals, project plans, and progress, ensuring everyone has the context and clarity needed to succeed.
  • Become the expert in how Cents operates internally, ensuring every solution you build supports scale, clarity, and business growth.
