We’re seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Revenue Planning & Programs Lead to drive cross-functional revenue initiatives across our GTM organization. You'll partner closely with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Finance, and Systems to design, implement, and optimize programs that directly impact pipeline generation, conversion, and revenue growth. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable working in ambiguity, who can break down complex business problems, align stakeholders, and turn strategy into operational execution. You’ll move fluidly between data analysis, process design, and systems implementation to ensure our GTM teams can scale efficiently. Success in this role comes from driving high-impact initiatives across analytics, tooling, and enablement - improving how we plan, measure, and execute revenue.
