The Revenue Operations Specialist, Comfort owns the "first production" phase for our commercial partnerships. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations, this role ensures the critical gap between onboarding and the first deal is bridged seamlessly for our HVAC and Home Electrification partners. You drive structured, systemic activation so that partner success does not depend on individual follow-up heroics from the field team. Strategic & Tactical Schedule, confirm, and coordinate and situationally, coordinate the initial training sessions for HVAC, Heat Pump, and Home Electrification partners. Help in developing educational and sales materials that clearly articulate Palmetto product offerings. Deploy program overviews and documentation to partners prior to their first training to ensure they arrive informed and ready to engage. Proactively prepare partners for their first opportunity by equipping them with the tools, training, and confidence to effectively engage, interact with, and sell to external customers immediately after onboarding. Track non-activated accounts closely, deploying re-engagement strategies to prevent partners from stalling out. Hand off successfully activated and transacting partners to their respective CAMs for ongoing relationship management and volume growth.
