Job Purpose: We're seeking a Revenue Operations Manager (RevOps Manager) to optimize and scale our revenue-generating processes across sales, marketing, and customer success. You'll be the strategic operator who ensures our go-to-market teams have the systems, insights, and processes they need to drive predictable revenue growth. General Summary: The Revenue Operations Manager (RevOps Manager) will serve as the backbone of our go-to-market engine. The RevOps Manager will connect the dots between sales, marketing, and customer success—building the systems, processes, and insights that turn strategy into predictable revenue growth. This hands-on role is for someone who loves solving operational puzzles, whether that means untangling a messy CRM, building a dashboard that finally answers the question leadership has been asking, or designing a process that saves the sales team hours of manual work each week.
