About The Position

SAS has an opening for a Revenue Operations Manager reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations to ensure all orders for all revenue channels, supporting International, Military, other 3rd party accounts, B2B and MAP policy.

  • Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as viewing a computer, visual inspection, and prepare and analyze projects.
  • Consistently be able to operate a computer.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Experience or willing learn Salesforce, Service Cloud, Microsoft AX 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation tools

  • Bilingual or Spanish speaking a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Gain product knowledge on all SAS items, believe that SAS is the best American-made quality comfort footwear and demonstrate that enthusiasm and belief for the product and the company's philosophy through your daily interactions with customers.
  • Supervise releasing and operations associates to include, B2B, MAP process, and the order management team including ensuring proper scheduling.
  • Write SOP for order management processes and complete training with associates.
  • Work with revenue management to complete tasks such as data entry, and report organization and research.
  • Identify and create reports that supports sales and efficiency improvement, and to help prioritize workload.
  • Answer phones and direct questions to appropriate department from the sales force.
  • Follow established procedures, but seek to provide ideas and input for improvements.
  • Escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Must exercise confidentiality.
  • Maintain customer sales and transfer order database, including specific orders and general information.
  • Support department by handling administrative duties and phone calls as needed.
  • Work with Retail, Wholesale, E-commerce to release all orders, ensure all order release at 100%. Research and failed allocations and distribute to appropriate departments for completion.
