About The Position

Revenue Operations Manager at Ardoq Help build the engine behind our go-to-market strategy Why this role matters At the heart of any successful go-to-market strategy is a seamless, data-driven operational engine and that’s exactly what you’ll be building here. As our Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in scaling how we sell, serve, and grow. This isn’t just about systems and processes (though you’ll own those too); it’s about helping us work smarter, move faster, and make better decisions as we scale. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to create clarity where there’s complexity and design workflows that unlock revenue potential. Your work will directly impact our ability to close deals efficiently, support clients effectively, and stay agile as we grow. If you love fixing things, finding patterns in data, and making high-growth businesses run like clockwork, this is your chance to make a big impact - fast.
