Retool's GTM systems are at the center of how our Sales, CS, and Marketing teams operate-and how we make data-driven decisions to grow. As a Revenue Operations Manager - Systems, you'll own and improve key systems and processes within and around our Salesforce environment, building scalable solutions that support efficiency and insight across our go-to-market teams. You'll dive deep into CRM architecture, enrichment workflows, and process automation, turning operational pain points into streamlined systems. You'll partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to design solutions that help them focus on selling and serving-not spreadsheets.
