Flex is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to own, optimize, and scale the systems, tooling, and architecture that power our go-to-market engine. Reporting into the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, you’ll helping to manage systems and process supporting cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Partner Success, Enablement, and Operations. In this role, you will manage our Salesforce environment and broader revenue stack end-to-end, ensuring reliable data flow, well-designed workflows, and scalable processes that enable Flex’s GTM teams to execute with clarity and speed. You’ll oversee integrations, lead system improvements, build new features, troubleshoot complex issues, and serve as the go-to expert for the tools that drive our pipeline and revenue motion. This is an ideal role for someone who is Salesforce-certified, systems-minded, and highly collaborative—someone who wants to help architect the backbone of Flex’s next stage of growth.
