We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Lead to own and scale the systems, processes, and GTM strategy that power Listen’s revenue motion. You’ll be responsible for territory strategy, segmentation, and coverage planning, while also serving as the owner and architect of our revenue tech stack and CRM foundation. Reporting to the VP of Revenue, you’ll partner closely with Sales leadership, Finance, Marketing, and Product to ensure our GTM teams are aligned to the right opportunities, supported by clean data, and enabled by scalable systems. This role is ideal for someone who is both analytically rigorous and systems-minded. Someone who enjoys solving ambiguous GTM problems and building durable infrastructure for a fast-scaling company.
