About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Operations Engineer to drive efficiency and growth across internal operations. This role plays a key part in unifying systems, processes, and data to enable strategic decision-making and agile execution. You will design, implement, and maintain workflows and integrations that ensure data integrity and operational consistency. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-impact environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the revenue lifecycle. This position offers the opportunity to work on visible, high-value projects that directly influence business outcomes. Remote work is supported, with occasional travel for team events or key business initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an engineer in revenue operations or business operations, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Proficiency with GTM technology stacks, Salesforce CRM systems, order-to-cash platforms, and data integration tools.
  • Strong understanding of the revenue lifecycle and related business logic.
  • Experience with API integrations and data modeling for pre- and post-sales tools including marketing automation, lead management, and customer success platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Engineer the go-to-market technology stack to increase sales efficiency and support revenue growth.
  • Implement change control for critical system integrations, including updates to pricing, packaging, and services.
  • Resolve technical escalations with a focus on sustainable and stabilizing solutions.
  • Review workflows and requirements to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Build and maintain data synchronization workflows between CRM and internal systems with high integrity.
  • Develop advanced analytics to measure the performance and impact of revenue systems.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, workflows, and engineering processes.
