We are currently navigating an exciting transition period as we upgrade our internal processes. To ensure we maintain our high standards of service during this high-volume phase, we are looking for a Revenue Operations Coordinator to join us for an initial 3-month engagement. This is a critical 'bridge' role designed to support the team through this shift, with the potential for extension as our new systems stabilize. The Revenue Operations Coordinator supports the operational execution of the revenue organization by managing day-to-day operational tasks, maintaining data quality across revenue systems, and ensuring key workflows run smoothly. This role works closely with the Revenue Operations team to execute operational processes such as quote creation, record management, contract support, and system maintenance. The coordinator helps ensure that all revenue teams (sales, customer success, partnerships, & marketing) receive timely operational support while maintaining the consistency and quality of data across the revenue technology ecosystem.
