The Revenue Operations and Strategy team’s mission is to ensure Hinge Health gets reimbursed for the services we provide, while also leveraging our financial operations expertise to lead and enable strategic decisions and initiatives across the organization. We’re looking for an ambitious and energetic individual to support both our Billing and Commercial Enablement function, who will play an instrumental role in supporting internal Commercial stakeholders for both revenue generation and retention motions, while also ensuring that we are billing accurately and reimbursed in a timely fashion from clients, payers and health plans. We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of professional experience, preferably in the consulting, startup, or healthcare fields, who is interested in understanding the mechanics of healthcare reimbursement, financial metrics, and go-to-market motions/support. They will work cross-functionally to strategize, create, and implement processes and procedures that not only impact key financial metrics, but also improve company efficiency and scalability as we continue to be a high-growth company. We are looking for someone who can wear multiple hats, is a self-starter, and is passionate about improving the financial health of the HH revenue cycle and business as a whole.
