About The Position

Do you love building marketing campaigns that actually drive revenue - not just clicks and MQLs? At OpenAsset, we're looking for a Revenue Marketing Manager who can connect the dots between awareness, pipeline, and customer growth. You'll be the architect behind full-funnel programs that bring our story and products to life - from OpenAsset DAM to our new AI-powered proposal solution Shred.ai and beyond. This role is a key part of our Marketing organization, reporting to the Sr. Director of Revenue Marketing. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to create integrated campaigns that capture attention, convert interest, and accelerate deals across prospects and customers. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS revenue marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing - bonus points if you have familiarity with the AEC industries!
  • You've got a track record of creating cross-channel campaigns across email, digital, webinars, and events that successfully convert into pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and drive customer growth - we can't wait to hear examples of your work!
  • You understand the entire customer journey and know how to engage and convert prospects and customers - from lead to MQL to SQL to close/won New Business and beyond
  • You're a skilled project manager who can juggle multiple priorities and deadlines without missing a beat
  • You have exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, thriving in cross-functional collaboration
  • You've previously worked hands-on with AI tech and martech tools (we use Marketo, Demandbase, Qualified, Sendoso, Clay, Zoominfo, Gong, and Salesforce) - curious to learn what you've used & how!

Responsibilities

  • Devise, execute, and optimize cross-channel marketing campaigns targeting prospective customers, open opportunities, and existing customers to move them to the next stage in the customer journey
  • Build and manage nurture streams and lifecycle email campaigns by segment to ensure our content and products remain top of mind and relevant
  • Execute our marketing webinar strategy, helping attract new audiences to our thought leadership and product offerings
  • Work in lockstep with Field Marketing to align digital campaigns with our hosted and sponsored events, as well as manage pre- and post-event promotions to maximize results
  • Partner with Customer Success and Account Management to target customer Accounts with timely campaigns to increase adoption, drive cross-sells and expansions, and maintain strong NRR and GRR
  • Leverage our robust martech stack in new ways to devise strategic and creative campaigns that convert
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to define and report on channel and campaign performance across the funnel, keeping a tight pulse on what's working (and not) to guide optimizations
