Manages revenue strategy and distribution for condo and vacation rental properties to drive revenue growth and market share. Responsibilities include reviewing budgets, optimizing pricing and inventory across channels, executing revenue management processes, analyzing performance, and adapting strategies based on market trends. The role collaborates with operations and leadership teams, oversees OTA performance on platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo, ensures listing optimization and compliance standards, and provides guidance while coaching and developing a Revenue Analyst. Come Work Here! While base pay starts at $61,000-67,100, there is potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education. Requirements

• Four (4) years hospitality industry; at least two years in a revenue related discipline preferred.
• Proven experience and significant understanding of distribution, total revenue optimization marketing, administrative and businesses processes and forecasting and budgeting required.
