We are hiring a Revenue & Business Intelligence Manager to own pricing strategy, distribution performance, forecasting, and data integrity across our multi-brand portfolio. This isn't a reporting role. We need someone who challenges assumptions, influences operations and sales leadership, and drives measurable revenue outcomes. You'll actively challenge and influence Operations and Sales without direct authority. You translate data into operational decisions, not just decks. You maintain disciplined revenue governance and present findings clearly to executive leadership. If the numbers tell a bad story, you say so. Location: Scottsdale, AZ (On-site) or Remote

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years in hospitality revenue management or business intelligence
  • Hands-on experience with PMS systems and OTA channel management
  • Advanced Excel and BI tool proficiency (Power BI preferred)
  • Strong commercial judgment paired with analytical rigor
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders with data and conviction

Responsibilities

  • Set and adjust dynamic pricing across RV and rental inventory
  • Build long-term rent increase models for manufactured housing
  • Monitor competitor positioning and establish discount guardrails that protect ADR
  • Own our presence on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Expedia, and RV-specific platforms
  • Audit content, rate parity, availability accuracy, and conversion performance
  • Shift channel mix to improve margin and grow direct booking share
  • Audit that all homes for sale are accurately listed on company platforms and MHVillage
  • Monitor listing quality, pricing consistency, and lead tracking in partnership with Sales leadership
  • Flag gaps or inconsistencies and hold the responsible teams accountable for resolution
  • Partner with Marketing on promotions, campaigns, and revenue-driving initiatives
  • Collaborate with the call center team on lead handling, rate quoting consistency, and conversion support
  • Serve as the revenue data resource for Marketing and Sales — translating analytics into actionable direction
  • Produce weekly revenue dashboards and booking pace reports
  • Run 30/60/90-day pickup analysis
  • Track channel mix, conversion rates, and revenue by segment
  • Translate variances into clear, actionable insights for the executive team
  • Maintain rolling revenue forecasts and conduct rate-impact sensitivity modeling
  • Support annual budget development with data-driven projections leadership can trust
  • Reconcile PMS revenue to accounting systems
  • Audit OTA payouts, refunds, and revenue leakage
  • Validate rent roll accuracy and pricing system integrity across the portfolio
  • Identify underperforming inventory and pricing gaps
  • Recommend product mix and segmentation adjustments
  • Govern promotional strategy and measure discount ROI
