The Revenue Management Consultant supports the Ancillary Revenue Team by designing and leading Revenue Management strategies tied to Southwest’s highest‑priority Commercial initiatives. They’ll partner closely with Commercial Teams to align People, assets, and network decisions to maximize revenue opportunities while ensuring the Revenue Management perspective is embedded in Enterprise decision‑making. They’ll provide analytical support to Revenue Management Leadership on cross‑departmental initiatives, translating Customer preferences and willingness‑to‑pay insights into actionable strategies. The Revenue Management Consultant plays a meaningful role in driving ancillary and total revenue growth while supporting margin expansion, network growth, and Southwest’s long-term financial sustainability.
