The Sales Tax Division is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused team member to support the City’s tax administration processes. This role is responsible for processing a variety of tax returns, fees, and permits; preparing accurate monthly reports; monitoring accounts to ensure timely payment; and maintaining business licenses and records. The position also provides front-line customer service at the counter, by phone, and through email, offering guidance to business owners and community members. Additional duties include mailing notices, scanning returns, collecting register receipts, and assisting with division-wide backup functions.
