About The Position

In this role, you will drive the execution of commercial strategy by translating account insights, performance metrics, and client needs into actionable intelligence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support account planning, enable consistent execution across business units, and deliver data-driven insights that inform decision-making and growth strategies.

Requirements

2 or more years of relevant experience required.
Experience in SaaS account management, revenue operations, or customer success environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems and data management practices.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy.

Nice To Haves

Relevant degree preferred.
Experience with business intelligence or sales analytics tools preferred.

Responsibilities

Support revenue intelligence strategies by delivering actionable insights to sales and account management teams.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on client challenges, goals, and account strategies.
Develop and maintain enterprise account plans to support strategic execution.
Provide tools, templates, and training to enable consistent account strategy execution across teams.
Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and identify gaps to improve overall account health.
Generate standardized and automated reporting in partnership with BI and analytics teams.
Maintain CRM data integrity, ensuring accuracy of account, opportunity, and client interaction information.
Identify growth opportunities by applying knowledge of solutions and client challenges.
Deliver insights to inform account prioritization and strategic decision-making.
Coordinate with stakeholders to advance opportunities in alignment with internal processes.
