About The Position

TapCheck is scaling rapidly, and our revenue teams need to move faster and smarter. As our Revenue Enablement Manager, you'll be the force multiplier that transforms how our sales, customer success, and partnership teams engage with prospects and customers. You'll build the training, tools, and systems that turn good reps into top performers and accelerate everyone's path to revenue impact. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, you'll own the enablement strategy that drives quota attainment, shortens sales cycles, and increases customer lifetime value. This is a hybrid position based at our Plano, Texas headquarters, with in-office presence required Tuesday through Thursday each week What You’ll Do: Enablement Strategy & Execution- Build and launch comprehensive enablement programs across the customer lifecycle from first touch to expansion. You'll create onboarding that cuts ramp time in half, ongoing training that moves the needle on key metrics, and just-in-time content that helps reps win deals. Content & Knowledge Management- Develop the playbooks, battle cards, pitch decks, and certification programs that become revenue team essentials. You'll build a centralized content hub that makes it easy for any team member to find what they need, when they need it. Performance & Impact- Partner with RevOps to identify skill gaps, measure what's working, and iterate ruthlessly. You'll track enablement ROI, analyze win/loss patterns, and use data to prioritize what matters most for revenue growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work hand-in-hand with Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure enablement is synchronized with launches, campaigns, and process changes. You'll be the voice of the field, surfacing feedback and ensuring our revenue teams have what they need to succeed.

Requirements

  • Experience - 3-5 years in revenue or sales enablement at a B2B SaaS or fintech company. You've built programs from scratch and scaled them as teams grew.
  • Revenue Acumen - You understand the full revenue motion—sales methodologies, customer success plays, and how partnerships drive pipeline. You speak the language of quota, conversion rates, and customer retention.
  • Content Creation - You're a strong writer and presenter who can turn complex product features into compelling customer narratives. Bonus points for experience with modern enablement platforms, LMS systems, or video content creation.
  • Systems & Tools- Deep familiarity with Salesforce and enablement tech stacks. You're comfortable building workflows, tracking metrics, and optimizing for efficiency.
  • Data-Driven - You don't just launch programs, you measure their impact. You know how to tie enablement activities to business outcomes and make a compelling case for what's working.
  • Influence & Collaboration - You can rally people around a vision without direct authority. You're equally comfortable presenting to executives, coaching individual reps, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Bias for Action- You thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly. You're scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable with 80/20 solutions that get better over time.
