About The Position

Salsify is looking for a Revenue Enablement Consultant to collaborate with our field organization in designing and leading a variety of enablement initiatives. Your role will involve addressing team needs, driving behavior change, and aligning with business objectives to foster a high-performance sales culture. In addition to overseeing daily operations and the development of enablement programs, you will be required to travel 2-4 times a year to various US locations for up to 7 consecutive days per engagement. This travel will support the planning, facilitation, and execution of revenue enablement programs, including a multi-day annual Sales Kickoff event.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in revenue enablement, learning and development, training, or a related field, with a proven track record of developing and managing successful programs at a high-growth enterprise SaaS company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and thrive as a brand ambassador during training events.
  • A strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using sales enablement tools and platforms (e.g.,Salesforce, Allego, Articulate360).
  • High ownership: you won’t be satisfied until every salesperson achieves their potential
  • A “do what it takes” attitude to own and execute high quality outcomes
  • A self starting attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Experience applying adult learning methodologies to design live, virtual and on-demand learning content and evaluate the success of a learning experience
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize work efficiently
  • Demonstrated stakeholder and project management experience creating alignment with cross-functional teams and delivering quality product on short timeframes

Nice To Haves

  • Having hands-on experience in a quota-carrying sales role is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with the following technologies: Salesforce, LI Navigator, 6Sense, Consensus, and Domo

Responsibilities

  • Excel in the Generalist Role: Demonstrate core competencies in instructional design, project management, data analysis, and change management. Manage diverse tasks effectively, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and efficient prioritization.
  • Design and Manage LMS Content: Contribute to the design and updates of Salsify’s LMS/CMS (Allego), oversee content and knowledge management, and handle daily system maintenance.
  • Develop and Execute Enablement Programs: Lead the strategy, development, execution, and measurement of go-to-market (GTM) enablement programs for global revenue teams. Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to align with the latest releases and GTM messaging, creating engaging content tailored to revenue goals.
  • Plan and Facilitate Major Events: Plan, coordinate, and execute major events such as Sales Kickoffs and Mid-Year Summits. Support the operational execution of large transformative initiatives through effective logistics management and proactive communication.
  • Identify and Address Gaps: Quickly identify gaps in tools, reporting, and product knowledge, and execute initiatives to address these gaps effectively. Collaborate with revenue teams and cross-functional partners to develop role-specific enablement resources, manage stakeholder relationships, and facilitate feedback loops for continuous improvement.
