We’re hiring a Revenue Development Lead to own and scale our enterprise outbound pipeline. This is a hands-on role for someone who has built outbound and sales development motions from the ground up. Not only will you define an effective, efficient motion, but you’ll also own how we execute and turn signals into consistent pipeline. You’ll own pipeline generated from outbound, build and lead a high-performing revenue development function, and partner closely with Sales and Marketing to generate pipe. You won’t just manage team activity—you’ll define the outbound motion, build the playbooks, and evolve the systems that power scalable pipeline generation. We’re looking for someone who is AI-native in how they operate—someone who is curious, uses AI to build leverage, automate workflows, and scale themselves and their team beyond what’s possible with manual effort alone. Your north star: Pipeline from outbound.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in outbound, sales development, or pipeline-focused roles
  • Experience generating pipeline through outbound, not just managing activity
  • Experience building or leading an outbound or revenue development function
  • Strong understanding of modern outbound (signals, timing, multi-channel)
  • Clear examples of using AI to improve how you work—automation, workflows, or systems (not just prompting)
  • A builder mindset—you like testing tools, trying new approaches, and figuring things out
  • Comfortable operating at both strategy and execution level
  • High ownership and comfort with ambiguity
