Treasure Coast Community Health, a long established and highly respected Federally Qualified Healthcare Center with patient care sites throughout Indian River County, is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager who is responsible to develop, plan, organize and implement current and future strategies to bill customers, process payments, minimize bad debts, improve cash flow and manage the overall health of the organization's accounts receivable. This person is responsible for resolving any revenue cycle issues and reporting problems to the CFO. He or she supervises the billing team that manages patient accounts, communications with insurance, collections, contract analysis, payment posting, billing transactions, and report creation. The Revenue Cycle Manager ensures the billing department runs smoothly by ensuring timely charge and payment posting, as well as detecting and correcting any problems in the billing systems.
