About The Position

The Revenue Analyst at InformData owns recurring and ad hoc reporting and analysis that supports strategic decision-making across the revenue team. This role is critical in unlocking the power of data to uncover business trends, diagnose performance drivers, and influence strategy. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and highly detail oriented. They’re someone who thrives on solving ambiguous problems, is comfortable structuring and cleansing data, and can translate business questions into clear, actionable insights. They must be able to work independently, anticipate business needs, and proactively deliver value through thoughtful analysis and storytelling. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in revenue, sales, or business analysis roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS or data-driven organization.
  • Proven ability to independently source, clean, structure, and interpret large data sets across platforms (preferably with experience in HubSpot and Domo).
  • Strong experience designing recurring dashboards, ad hoc reports, and analytical tools that drive organizational decision-making (preferably in HubSpot, Domo, and Excel).
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity, prioritizing multiple projects, and taking initiative to dig deeper than what’s asked.
  • Experience translating abstract business problems into concrete analyses with clear outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated and curious mindset with a passion for uncovering insights that fuel business growth.
  • Demonstrates strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. Capable of independently structuring and executing complex analyses to support business decisions.
  • Comfortable working across diverse data platforms (HubSpot, Excel, Domo). Able to transform raw data into structured, accurate, and scalable insights.
  • Understands the drivers of revenue performance and the broader business context. Connects data findings to strategic objectives and operational realities.
  • Anticipates information needs and identifies emerging trends or anomalies without being prompted. Brings forward new reporting ideas and perspectives that deepen team understanding.
  • Translates analytical output into clear narratives and recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders. Communicates findings with clarity, brevity, and purpose.
  • Applies structured thinking to ambiguous problems. Frames questions effectively and explores root causes, not just surface-level symptoms.
  • Builds trusted relationships across revenue, sales, marketing, and finance teams. Works cross-functionally to align metrics and drive data-informed decision-making.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with coding and scripting in languages such as SQL and/or R preferred. Ability to build automated workflows, optimize data structures, and support scalable reporting systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reporting to support revenue operations, sales, and marketing.
  • Extract and transform data from and within HubSpot, Excel, and Domo into standardized reports and insightful visualizations and dashboards as warranted.
  • Develop and manage documentation on standardized reporting details and processes.
  • Advise team members on best-in-class approaches for various types of reporting requests.
  • Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in revenue performance data without waiting for specific questions or instructions.
  • Recommend additional areas of analysis and/or areas of improvement or growth to leadership based on data-driven insights.
  • Translate high-level business challenges into structured analytical frameworks and reports.
  • Design and build models and reports that clearly explain performance drivers and support business hypotheses.
  • Collaborate with revenue leadership, sales, marketing, and finance teams to understand goals, align on KPIs, and provide insights that directly inform strategic planning, pipeline health, lead conversion, and customer expansion.
  • Partner to continually refine and enhance data pipelines, reporting tools, and models to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of analysis as the organization grows.
  • Act as a thought partner to revenue leadership, bringing forward new report ideas, unexplored metrics, and clear, concise narratives that drive action.
