We are seeking a contract Revenue Analyst to join our dynamic corporate finance team. In this role, you will distribute invoices to many clients, providing Quality Assurance, and working with the team to resolve any issues. You will work as a proactive problem solver with a focus on execution, accountability, and ownership. Are you a self-starter looking to join a leader in the Financial Technology industry? If so, we'd love to hear from you! This is a temporary, contract position expected to last approximately 12 months, with the potential to go permanent. This is a hybrid role, which means you would work remotely from home 3 days a week, and go into the office 2 days per week.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other related field
  • Strong Data Analytics Skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (V-lookups, Pivot Tables, Marcos, VBA, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Access not required but a plus

Responsibilities

  • Collect, compile, prepare and analyze data from multiple systems, to process revenue entries, journal entries, and other financial transactions and invoices
  • Follow established procedures to minimize the organization and clients’ exposure or liabilities
  • Ensure the compliance in meeting Sarbanes-Oxley controls and requirements, regulations from the SEC, and client contracts
  • Ability to recognize and troubleshoot issues with daily procedures
  • Accountable for daily workflow and assigned tasks
  • Assist in the preparation of general ledger entries and calculations of month end accrual, amortization and revenue deferrals
  • Research issues with internal partners and responding to customer, client and/or internal client requests via telephone and or email
  • Obtain relevant business knowledge and learn about the various products across the organization
  • Responsible for learning understanding and ensuring the compliance with all applicable Broadridge policies and procedures
