This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience and contribute to meaningful projects. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Revenue Accounting Intern to join our Accounting team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting key revenue accounting functions, including account reconciliations, revenue recognition, journal entry preparation, and participation in month-end close activities. You will collaborate closely with Revenue Seniors and other accounting team members while contributing to special projects that support the broader goals of the Accounting department.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or other similar business major
• Moderate excel skills
• General understanding of a company’s month-end close cycle
• Working knowledge of US GAAP accounting
• Strong attention to detail, be well-organized and have solid interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of attention to detail/accuracy.
• Exercise discretion and good judgment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Positive attitude approaching any task no matter how big/small.
• Approaches projects with creativity and is willing to think outside of the box.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel for Denver, Colorado for the intern kickoff week and possibly the Intern executive presentations.
• Rising juniors and seniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Applicants to be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis from June to August 2026.
• Must be willing to commit to a 10-week internship I the Summer of 2026 (June-August) on a full-time basis.
• Enthusiastic about technology and committed to professional development.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to learn and collaborate with your teammates.

Nice To Haves

• Completion of multiple upper-level accounting courses
• Understanding of ASC 606 Revenue Recognition standards
• Understanding of SAAS

Responsibilities

• Assist team with revenue accounting functions
• Reconcile accounts to monthly financial statements
• Revenue recognition and revenue related journal entry postings
• Assist in month-end closing activities and analysis
• Work with the Revenue Seniors and accounting team members with special projects of the Finance department
