We are seeking an experienced Returns and Warranty Evaluation Specialist to join the Revelyst Golf & Technology platform team. The Returns and Warranty Evaluation Specialist is responsible for managing and processing all incoming Bushnell Golf product returns from both consumer and dealer channels. This position serves as the key link between Customer Support teams, Inventory, and Finance to ensure returned products are accurately received, evaluated, processed, and documented within required timelines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of assessing product condition and warranty eligibility with precision and consistency. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Inventory Control. As the Returns and Warranty Evaluation Specialist you will have an opportunity to: • Receive and log all returned products from consumers, dealers, distributors, and retail partners into NetSuite or designated systems. • Verify return details against the originating customer record (including order numbers, contact info, and return authorization details). • Perform physical inspection and functional testing of returned devices to confirm reported issues and determine warranty eligibility. • Troubleshoot and resolve simple issues, including firmware updates, minor part replacements, and verification testing to confirm functionality. • Document findings and actions taken, ensuring all data (names, phone numbers, order numbers, tracking, etc.) are accurately recorded. • Process replacement orders for devices determined to be defective and within warranty. • Process refund returns for items returned in resellable condition; confirm status in system and coordinate with Finance for refund completion. • Coordinate closely with the Consumer and Dealer Support Teams to communicate return status, customer updates, and prioritization of cases. • Ensure all returns are processed within 24–48 hours of receipt, maintaining service-level expectations. • Maintain inventory accuracy, properly categorizing returned units (refurbishable, replacement, scrap, etc.) in accordance with company policy. • Follow strict process guidelines for RMA handling, data entry, and warranty validation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
