About The Position

Air Lift Company is seeking to add 2 Warranty & Returns Advisors to our amazing team! Our Warranty & Returns Advisors are responsible for managing warranty claims, providing technical support, and ensuring seamless customer experience throughout the warranty process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive components, excellent communication skills, and a passion for resolving customer issues with empathy and efficiency. Available Positions 1 Advisor to service our Eastern Time Zone customers. Hours would be 8:00am - 5:00pm ET 1 Advisor to service our Mountain and Pacific Time Zone customers. Hours would be 8:00am - 5:00pm PT (11:00am - 8:00pm ET)

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in warranty administration, technical support, or customer service in the automotive or aftermarket industry.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with suspension systems or vehicle modifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and warranty tracking systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple claims and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in English & Spanish
  • Automotive aftermarket experience (hands-on or customer-facing).
  • Familiarity with suspension systems, air systems, or related mechanical components.

Responsibilities

  • Review, process, and resolve warranty claims in accordance with company policies.
  • Communicate with customers, dealers, and distributors regarding warranty eligibility, procedures, and outcomes via, phone, email and web warranty portal.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance related to warranty issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of claims, correspondence, and resolutions in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to identify product trends and potential improvements.
  • Educate customers on warranty coverage, product care, and installation best practices.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in warranty processing and customer satisfaction.
