About The Position
Returns & Inventory Associate - Keep Our Warehouse Running Like Clockwork! Full-Time | Monday-Friday 8a - 430p| Day Shift | Great Benefits! We're looking for a motivated Returns & Inventory Associate to join our warehouse operations team! In this key role, you'll help manage product returns, damaged items, and inventory control - keeping everything flowing smoothly and efficiently. Every day brings a new challenge, and your work will directly support our team's success.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Clear communication skills - email and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with Excel and email tools
- Basic math skills
Nice To Haves
- Bonus points if you've worked with CDR/AS400 systems!
Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly cigarette stamp inventory
- Remove outdated or recalled products for destruction
- Repackage and return sellable items to inventory
- Process damaged products from pick areas and customer returns
- Prepare and ship items back to manufacturers (UPS/Freight)
- Keep the returns area tidy, organized, and efficient
- Coordinate and carry out monthly manufacturer returns
- Assist manufacturer reps on-site during return processing
- Communicate with Sales Team regarding customer returns and damages
- Distribute return products at Sales Team meetings
- Pitch in on other tasks as needed - teamwork makes the dream work!
