About The Position

As a member of our Returns Associate Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining our culture of customer service excellence. Our Returns Associates bring their organizational skills and warehouse expertise to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to build rapport with both internal and external customers.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and the ability to learn software systems like TWL and SX.e.
  • English language proficiency for effective communication.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of prior warehouse experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift experience (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

  • Utilize software (TWL and SX.e) to process returned items, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Identify and organize returned industrial gas cylinders and process customer credits.
  • Inspect, clean, and organize returned rental equipment and ensure all documentation is complete.
  • Process and document returned linear products for restocking into inventory.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Adhere to all company safety rules, standards, and guidelines.
  • Assist with workflow management in the returns department as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
