Starkey is adding a new team member to the Returns Department at its global headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN. The Returns Associate is responsible for performing and verifying customer and International Facility returns, credits, and cash application duties for the Returns department.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in data entry, preferably in accounts receivable department
  • Windows, Excel, and Word
  • Good communication skills required
  • Ability to make decisions
  • Must be able to lift more than 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Processing customer returns, to include:
  • Open and check in all inbound packages
  • Disposition product - returning items to warehouse, reprocessing facility or vendor
  • Interface with the ERP system to record transactions
  • Accurately processing credits
  • Ensure all credit adjustments, credit claims, and refunds are entered accurately into system and in a timely manner.
  • Scan processed work
  • Enter new orders when applicable
  • File Paperwork with Tracking Information when applicable
  • Disposition of Return Product
  • Label and transact product
  • Pack and prepare goods for shipping
  • Prepare vendor RMA and ship product when applicable
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding return for credits in a professional manner with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Answer inbound telephone calls inquires or request for credit
  • Copy, fax, or e-mail invoices or statements as required
  • Solve problems for internal/external calls.
  • Track all order changes in CF
  • Use IIR for inquiries to CS and Sales
  • Dispute and correct inaccurate RMA
