JOB SUMMARY: This is a Return Resolution Specialist - Revenue Specialist III position in the General Tax Administration Program, Return Reconciliation Process, Taxpayer Account Management Section. The incumbent corresponds with Department personnel and external customers to obtain information to resolve discrepancies on tax returns, initiates corrections to accounting records, corrects discrepancies identified during account analysis, and logically applies tax knowledge.
