We are hiring a Retirement Sales Coordinator who will support Exclusive Agents and clients by managing retirement rollover cases from intake through completion. This role plays a key part in delivering a smooth, compliant, and high-quality client experience. This role can be fully remote (based on experience) or hybrid in our Cherry Hill, NJ location. Requirements
- Series 6 & 63 licenses required (Series 7 preferred)
- Knowledge of retirement products, 403(b) plans, and rollovers
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
- Experience in financial services operations, retirement support, or client service preferred
Nice To Haves
- Sales retention experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage retirement rollover cases from EA intake through application completion and account setup
- Coordinate and track rollover documentation, including requests to incumbent vendors
- Monitor rollover pipelines, follow up on pending transfers, and resolve “not in good order” items
- Serve as the primary operational contact for clients and Exclusive Agents on rollover status and next steps
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely, accurate processing
- Ensure all activities comply with Reg BI, suitability, and internal guidelines
- Maintain accurate documentation and update systems such as FireLight and RightBridge
- Track and report rollover activity, turnaround times, and completed cases
