At Innovia Wealth, the Retirement Plan Services Associate is the operational backbone of an exceptional retirement plan experience. This position plays a critical role in supporting plan sponsors, participants and our Retirement Plan Services department through organized execution, thoughtful communication and proactive follow-through. As a Retirement Plan Services Associate, you will help ensure that employer-sponsored retirement plans are serviced accurately, efficiently and consistently. You will coordinate plan reviews and participant education meetings, support plan administration activities and maintain essential plan and participant data. Through attention to detail and collaboration, you will contribute meaningfully to the trusted experience that defines Innovia. While this role is primarily aligned with our Retirement Plan Services team, it will initially operate in a hybrid capacity, supporting both retirement plan operations and select Client Service Associate responsibilities within our wealth division. This structure provides cross-functional exposure and a strong foundation in the Innovia service model.
