About The Position

At Innovia Wealth, the Retirement Plan Services Associate is the operational backbone of an exceptional retirement plan experience. This position plays a critical role in supporting plan sponsors, participants and our Retirement Plan Services department through organized execution, thoughtful communication and proactive follow-through. As a Retirement Plan Services Associate, you will help ensure that employer-sponsored retirement plans are serviced accurately, efficiently and consistently. You will coordinate plan reviews and participant education meetings, support plan administration activities and maintain essential plan and participant data. Through attention to detail and collaboration, you will contribute meaningfully to the trusted experience that defines Innovia. While this role is primarily aligned with our Retirement Plan Services team, it will initially operate in a hybrid capacity, supporting both retirement plan operations and select Client Service Associate responsibilities within our wealth division. This structure provides cross-functional exposure and a strong foundation in the Innovia service model. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in a client service role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • CRPS designation, or willingness to obtain
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems independently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and processes
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day retirement plan client and participant experience
  • Schedule and coordinate plan sponsor review meetings and participant education sessions
  • Respond to participant inquiries via phone and email, routing requests appropriately and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Maintain and update plan data within Innovia CRM systems
  • Assist in preparing retirement plan reports, investment review materials and meeting deliverables
  • Coordinate participant enrollment support and related communications
  • Support general plan administration activities and partner with recordkeepers and TPAs as needed
  • Escalate complex or urgent matters to senior team members when appropriate
  • Ensure all documentation is organized and stored according to compliance standards
  • Schedule and coordinate regular client review meetings
  • Maintain and manage client information in CRM and document systems
  • Support new client onboarding and documentation organization
  • Respond to client inquiries and escalate when necessary
