About The Position

As a Retention Support Specialist at McGohan Brabender, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless management and utilization of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Your primary responsibility will be to update and maintain the CRM system to support the retention efforts of our client base. This position is best for a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences without being in a client-facing role.

Requirements

• Proficiency in CRM software, specifically Salesforce, is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate client information within our Salesforce CRM system. Ensure data integrity by conducting audits and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaboration with Client Services Teams: Work closely with Client Services Teams to gather relevant info for updating the CRM. Collaborate on strategies to enhance processes and address challenges.
• Renewal Process Assistance: Assist with all aspects of the renewal process including collecting plan participant information via FormFire, compliance communication, and assisting with census audits.
• Carrier Portal Access: Obtain information as needed for completion of Form 5500 reporting documents, and the collection of correct documents from various carrier portals to send to clients for compliance purposes.
• We will continue to enhance and add to these responsibilities.
