  • Prior call-center, retention, or customer service experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls only to existing Guardian Tax clients
  • Address concerns, de-escalate issues, and reinforce the value of our services
  • Retain clients through professionalism, empathy, and clear communication
  • Accurately document call outcomes and client interactions
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and support client success
