We’re seeking a Retention Marketing Specialist to spearhead end-to-end execution and success of client email and SMS programs, including campaign and flow planning, build, QA, deployment, optimization, and performance tracking. The Retention Marketing Specialist owns day-to-day lifecycle execution across assigned accounts using data-driven insights to lead the creative direction and messaging strategy. This role blends behavioral insight, performance-driven messaging, and audience-specific storytelling to help drive engagement, retention, and revenue. You’ll work closely with the Senior Manager, Retention Marketing to define campaign narratives, segmentation strategies, and A/B test plans — ensuring our lifecycle campaigns are not only creative, but smart, personalized, and results-oriented.
