The Retention Deal Manager supports the Franchise Retention organization by managing retention‑related franchise agreements from application through execution. This role partners closely with Retention leaders, Legal Compliance, and cross‑functional stakeholders to negotiate contract terms, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive timely execution of retention agreements that support corporate growth and retention objectives. The Retention Deal Manager serves as a liaison between internal departments and franchisees, ensuring that negotiated terms are properly vetted, authorized, and executed in accordance with Choice policies, approval requirements, and applicable federal franchise laws. The role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to balance competing priorities during high‑volume periods while producing accurate, legally sound work.
