We are seeking a Deal Finance Manager to support high‑impact Commercial Money Solutions (CMS) deals across North America. This role partners closely with Sales and cross‑functional teams to structure, price, approve, and execute client agreements aligned with Visa’s CMS strategy. You will provide end‑to-end financial and commercial support—from deal modeling and structuring through approval and execution—helping teams move quickly while ensuring strong financial discipline and risk management. This is a hands‑on, collaborative role for someone comfortable with ambiguity, influencing without authority, and operating effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with strong technical fluency, sound judgement, and structured problem-solving capabilities. A strong drive for learning and continuous improvement is essential, along with comfort navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with high learning velocity who continuously looks for better ways to work, adapt, and deliver results in dynamic environments. The preferred location for this position is San Francisco, CA. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
