The Deal Desk Analyst will play a critical role at the intersection of Sales, Commercial, Legal, and Finance covering traditional deal desk responsibilities -- quote production, delivery, and management -- while also supporting cross-functional processes critical to deal closure and completion, and continuing to build our deal desk database and reporting capabilities. We are looking for a problem solver with experience in fast-paced SAAS sales. You will help take our deal desk function to the next level helping identify and implement efficient, compliant, and scalable methods. You will also work with our team to identify and implement quote and contract automation tools. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys building structure out of ambiguity, and brings exceptional organizational skills and a strong bias toward operational excellence, cross-functional partnership, and data-driven decision making. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Operations teams.
