About The Position

What You Will Do: With the assistance of senior level analysts or advisors, coordinate Enbridge Gas Ohio transportation, pooling, storage, and ancillary service offerings. Assist in marketing transportation and ancillary services like pooling, storage, balancing, and related products. Perform data capture and analytical activities related to nominations, confirmations, local production, storage, and imbalance resolution. Support operational aspects of retail unbundling programs, including capacity release and local production assignment, guided by past practice and with assistance from senior level analysts or advisors. Assist in management and coordination of local production contracts, nominations, and monthly reconciliations. Develop understanding of tasks related to the monthly reallocation and billing process, and with guidance, assist in data capture and analysis related to the process. Align daily and monthly operations with marketing, gas supply, gas measurement, billing, and rates. Establish and sustain productive business connections with both internal and external clients. Assist in the creation of gas plans on a daily and monthly basis. Who You Are: You have 1 - 3 years of related experience with strong analytical abilities. You have effective interpersonal and communication skills and are able to work exceptionally well as part of a team. You can manage multiple activities, resources, and time efficiently. You can establish and sustain positive connections with internal and external clients. Preferred education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. Working Conditions: Office work environment: 76-100% Travel: Up to 25% Additional working conditions may apply. Physical Requirements include but are not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to work in tight spaces. Mental Requirements (Both Field & Office) include but are not limited to: Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
