About The Position

The Ordered Services Associate is responsible for coordinating transportation, facilitating services, and walking patients through enrollments, re-certifications, and form completions. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to support patient care needs. This position is hybrid- including both onsite and work-from-home weekly duties.

Requirements

High School Diploma required.
1 year of related experience in health care, home health, or related field.
Comfortability working in an environment with high volume of calls and emails.
Bilingual Spanish/English required.
Microsoft Office Proficient.

Responsibilities

Assists with Scheduling of patient transportation following UHP Policy and Procedure
Submit medical transportation letters on MAS network
Process multiple documents daily while ensuring accuracy and staying organized.
Assists with scheduling of patient transportation following UHP Policy and Procedure
Respond to email and phone calls daily, ensuring timely and clear communication
Other related administrative duties as assigned.
